Marlon Huysmans is the Director Sustainability of OVG Real Estate. She graduated with high distinction at the Technical University of Eindhoven in 1999 and worked for Slavenburg, a Dutch contractor, for ten years. At the age of 25 she became one of the youngest and few female directors in the Dutch contractors business. Now, eight years later, she has committed herself fully to sustainable development to innovate the future real estate business. Since March 2008 she is appointed as Director Sustainability at OVG. In December 2009 she was appointed ‘Dutch Real Estate Woman of the Year’ for her efforts on innovation & sustainability in the industry. It is Ms Huysmans' aim to achieve a prominent position in the field of global sustainable real estate for OVG.
